RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At TEKKAO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. This policy sets out the terms applicable to returns, withdrawals and products presenting an issue.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the regulations applicable to distance sales, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to inform us of your decision to withdraw, without having to justify your decision.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at contact@tekkao.com, stating your order number and clearly indicating your decision to withdraw. You may also use the standard withdrawal form made available to you.

After informing us of your decision to withdraw, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

Return conditions

Before making any return, please contact us at contact@tekkao.com to obtain the necessary instructions and the appropriate return address.

Do not send your parcel to the address shown on the original packaging without first receiving our return instructions.

The product must be returned with the items and accessories received.

You may only be held liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning.

Return costs in the event of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal due to a simple change of mind, the direct return costs are your responsibility.

The address and instructions required for the return will be provided after your request. The cost of the return may vary depending on the country of dispatch, the carrier used and the return destination.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been fully processed.

Damaged, incorrect, defective or non-conforming product

If the product received is damaged, incorrect, defective or does not conform to your order, contact us at contact@tekkao.com.

To allow us to review the situation quickly, we may ask for your order number as well as photographs or videos showing the issue.

When a product is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, it will be brought into conformity at no cost to the consumer, under the conditions provided by the applicable regulations.

The legal guarantee of conformity may be invoked for two years from delivery of the goods. Subject to the conditions provided by law, it may in particular entitle you to repair or replacement of the product and, in certain situations, a price reduction or termination of the contract.

TEKKAO remains your point of contact for handling your request.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges in the event of a simple change of mind.

If you wish to order another product, you may exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with the conditions set out above and then, if you wish, place a new order.

This provision does not in any way limit your legal rights in the event of a defective or non-conforming product.

Refunds

When you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we refund the amounts due in accordance with the applicable regulations.

The refund includes the initial delivery costs within the limits provided by law. If you expressly chose a delivery method that is more expensive than the standard delivery method offered, the corresponding additional cost will not be refunded.

The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

For the sale of goods, however, we may defer the refund until we have recovered the product or until you provide proof that it has been dispatched, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order, unless you expressly agree to another payment method that does not incur additional fees.

Once TEKKAO has issued the refund, the time it takes to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment service provider.
